An ode to the color brown
I awoke early in the morning,
It was a mildly sunny day.
Not to hot, not to cold,
Just comfortable.
I began getting dressed,
But I couldn’t figure out what to wear…
Eventually I figured it out
And left my house.
I started walking down my block
And I saw the bus,
I ran after it to try and catch it.
Thank God for Tim Keller.
If I met little 7 year old me,

At night I tell myself I'm a poet
When I write I feel like I try so hard to be profound.
To answer every single life question around.
And in the end I cntrl A, and simply delete,
Cause it was so darn profound I couldn’t even understand.
Most times it’s probably just cause my thoughts aren’t complete,
But I hope this time my poem won’t be so bland.
